Federal Real Estate Opportunity Matching

Your property may qualify for a long-term federal lease.

FederalLeaseIntel identifies federal leasing requirements and matches them with commercial properties that may fit Government location, size, parking, use, and occupancy requirements.

For Commercial Property Owners

We help turn federal demand into a potential tenant opportunity.

Federal agencies regularly seek office, medical, industrial, warehouse, laboratory, training, and specialized space. FederalLeaseIntel analyzes those requirements and identifies properties that may fit.

If your property qualifies and you choose to proceed, Service Veteran, LLC may obtain a limited contractual right to lease the property for the identified federal opportunity, submit it to the Government, coordinate the proposal process, and—if selected—manage the lease structure and required buildout.

How It Works

A straightforward process for owners.

1

We identify a federal requirement

We review location, square footage, parking, building type, term, and occupancy requirements.

2

We screen your property

We compare your building with the Government notice before asking you to invest time.

3

You authorize the opportunity

Qualified owners may grant Service Veteran exclusive rights for that specific federal opportunity for a limited control period.

4

We submit and manage

We coordinate the property submission, site visits, pricing, clarifications, and required proposal documents.

5

Lease activates if awarded

The intended master lease structure is conditional on Government selection and stated transaction conditions.

6

We coordinate buildout

Service Veteran can coordinate tenant improvements through appropriately licensed contractors and professionals.

Opportunity-Specific Property Control

Your property is not tied up indefinitely.

Specific opportunity only

Exclusivity applies to the identified federal requirement, not every future tenant or Government opportunity.

Limited control period

The initial control period is commonly structured around 90 days and may extend while a Government proposal must remain valid.

Normal marketing can continue

Owners can generally continue marketing to ordinary commercial tenants, subject to agreed availability and right-of-first-refusal provisions.

No guaranteed award

The Government alone determines which properties advance and receive awards.

Property Owner FAQ

Common questions.

Am I leasing directly to the Government?

The contemplated model is that the owner leases to Service Veteran, LLC and Service Veteran provides its leasehold interest to the Government in the structure accepted by the applicable solicitation. Exact structures vary by agency and procurement.

Can I still market my building?

Generally yes during the initial period, while Service Veteran retains exclusivity for the specific federal opportunity. Once the property is formally submitted and required to remain available, stronger availability restrictions may apply.

Do I pay FederalLeaseIntel a brokerage commission?

The intended model is not a traditional percentage brokerage commission. Service Veteran seeks to act as a principal in the lease transaction. State-specific counsel should review the final transaction structure.

What if the Government does not select my property?

No federal award is guaranteed. The transaction documents are intended to provide a release mechanism if the property is rejected or the opportunity does not result in an acceptable award.

Submit a Property

Let us screen your building for federal leasing opportunities.

Send the basics and Service Veteran can evaluate whether the property appears to fit a current requirement.

Submitting a property does not create a lease or guarantee a Government award.
